Great communication from start to finish with Vicki on arrival instruction and recommendations on what to do in the local area. On arrival we were driven down to Shepard’s hut from the farm, lovely views from the Shepard’s hut and it was lovely and private. Hot tub was warm on arrival and the breakfast ingredients delivered in the morning was a lovely touch.
We had a lovely stay here would 100% recommend and would love to come back here for another stay.

We had a lovely weekend even in January at the shepherds hut. It was such a beautiful location and plenty of things to do to keep us busy. The cricketers arms is a pub just 15 minute walk through the country where the staff were lovely and we had dinner. On the Saturday we went on a lovely long walk to rathfinny vineyard for a wine tasting and on to alfriston where we managed to grab a taxi home. Vicki and miles were so accommodating and brought us breakfast both mornings and took us to and from our car. They gave us some great recommendations for places to eat and are generally just really lovely people. Would definitely stay again :)

We were taken in an OG Land Rover to our hut once we parked up which was sweet of them. Vicki''s husband was lovely and gave great recommendations. breakfast was lovely. they were so attentive. would 100% do it again!
the Long Man brewery is great, the Cricketers Arms did a good roast too!
